русский язык интерфейса на телефонах, купленных за бугром

Привет всем.
Samsung Focus 7.5 Mango.Win7 x64 Хочу русский язык посмотреть как чего:)Делаю всё по инструкции.Получаю следующее в командной строке:

Apply an update to the specified device or devices.
Parameters
/device
Specifies the device that will receive the update. If this
parameter is excluded and there is only one device attached
to the system, that device is assumed.
The device id can be either the Id, the Serial Number,
or the Name of the device as shown using "UpdateWP /list".
Specifing /device All applies the update to all devices
currently attached to the system.
/iu
Specifies the update or list of updates to apply to the
system. These updates should be package updates contained
in a pks file. e.g. update.cab.pks. This cannot be used in
conjunction with the /ffu parameter.
/ffu
Specifies the image to flash to the devices. This should be
a full flash update format file. e.g. MyImage.ffu. This
cannot be used in conjunction with the /iu parameter.

/enablebackup
Specifies creation of device backup image when doing an
full flash update or image update. This command needs to be
combined with /ffu or /iu.

/restore
Specifies restoring the device to restore point created
previously using /enablebackup command. Cannot be combined
with /ffu or /iu.

/reset
Resetting phones (clean boot). User store will be wiped.

/getdevicelog
Specifies collecting device update logs.

Я так понимаю, что программа не увидела устройство, то бишь, телефон. В чем может быть проблема?Куда копать?:)Помогите, люди добрые

помогите пожалуйста: lg optimus 7 вшил русский язык, теперь в настройках не заходит в графу "передача данных" и "телефон" как это исправить? спасибо)

Не получается руссифицировать HTC TITAN с помощью заливки CAB'а с русским языком (также как и обновить до 7740), выдает ошибку:
error: system.exception: firmware device is null….. Скрин в посте.

В чем может быть проблема?

SDK стоит, патч-фикс стоит.
